Shipping & Returns Policy

1. General Overview

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on https://fortexfrp.com and governs logistics, delivery and return procedures for Fortex Composite Materials, a professional manufacturer and exporter of FRP panels, roofing sheets and sandwich composite materials based in Shenzhen, China. By placing an order with Fortex, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Shipping Terms

All shipments follow Incoterms 2020, typically FOB Shenzhen, CIF, EXW, or other terms requested by the buyer. Fortex works with reliable international freight forwarders to provide secure and predictable global delivery.

Key Notes:

• Standard production lead time: 15–25 working days after order confirmation and deposit
• Transit time varies by destination and transportation mode (sea, land or rail)
• Shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List) are provided after dispatch

Tracking updates are shared once the shipment is released by the carrier.

3. Inspection & Acceptance

Buyers are encouraged to inspect all goods upon arrival. Any visible damage, missing items or inconsistencies must be reported to Fortex within 7 days of delivery, supported by photos, labels and relevant documentation.

Due to international shipping procedures, claims submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

4. Returns & Replacements

As FRP panels and sandwich composites are custom-cut, heavy and project-specific, returns are generally not accepted unless a confirmed quality issue is identified.

If a replacement is approved:

• Fortex will provide a replacement shipment or partial refund, depending on the case
• All returns must be pre-authorized by our after-sales team
• Returned items must be kept in original packaging and remain unused

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If materials arrive damaged due to transport:

1. Inform the shipping carrier immediately
2. Notify Fortex within 48 hours, including clear photos of: – Damaged products – Packaging – Crate markings and labels

We will assist in filing the insurance claim and arrange replacement materials where applicable.

6. International Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for:

• Import duties
• Local taxes
• Customs inspection fees
• Destination port charges

Fortex provides all necessary export documentation to support smooth customs clearance.
